Refund policy

At this time, returns/exchanges and refunds are ONLY offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged item(s). To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items sent back without first receiving an approval will not be accepted.

 

Submitting a Return/Exchange and Refund Request

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@kukeacirkl.com with photos of the wrong/damaged item and your order number. If accepted, we will contact you with further information.

 

Sizing

If you are unsure which size to get, please refer to the size chart in each product information. When in doubt, size up.

 

Refunds

We will notify you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@kukeacirkl.com.
